Alex Paunkoff

Senior Landscape Architect

BLA, OALA, CSLA

Alex is a graduate of the University of Guelph, where he earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture. During his studies, he had the opportunity to shadow esteemed landscape architect Graham Hess, gaining early exposure to professional practice.

Prior to joining BTi in 2018, Alex worked as a junior landscape contractor and at plant nurseries, providing him with valuable hands-on construction experience and a strong understanding of plant material. He has also worked independently in the design and construction of residential landscape projects.

Since obtaining his full OALA accreditation in 2021, Alex has taken on expanded project management responsibilities and continues to be an invaluable member of the BTi team.
