Gore Meadows Activity Hub
Building on the success of the Creditview Activity Hub, the City of Brampton and Baker Turner inc. enthusiastically embarked on the development of the second of four planned Activity Hubs. The Gore Meadows Activity Hub, situated on the grounds of the Gore Meadows Community Centre, forms a crucial part of an ambitious sports park project. This vibrant activity hub offers a variety of active and passive recreational amenities designed to serve the diverse needs of the community. Key features include an artificial turf field, open spaces, full-size and half-size basketball courts, junior and senior playgrounds, a custom spray pad, therapy gardens, an amphitheatre/stage, and extensive pathway connections. Construction of this state-of-the-art facility was completed in the fall of 2022, marking another milestone in Baker Turner’s commitment to enhancing community wellness and engagement.
