Roof slab waterproofing repairs allowed for the opportunity to refresh and upgrade the landscape design around the limit to be disturbed. BTi was retained to provide landscape enhancements that include significant vehicular entry upgrades, a new auto court with a raised bosque trees, dry-stack stone features, custom metal details, and planting & paving improvements that seamlessly blend into and complement the existing mature heritage gardens.
